Creating a Christmas Box

As the Christmas season approaches, I’ve been looking forward to all of the Christmas things - songs, decorations, coffees, church services, festivities, and- of course- the cookies! I’ve also been enjoying some Christmas-themed content from some of my favorite creators! Natalie Bennett, a Christian homemaker and homeschooling mom on YouTube, shared that each year she prepares a Christmas box for her family to open on December 1st as they welcome in the Advent season. She uses this box to store select decorations (including their Christmas tree star), Christmas treats, holiday movies, and other seasonal specialties. She encouraged her viewers to consider accumulating their Christmas box items right after the holidays to take advantage of the slashed prices. I plan to kickstart our own Christmas box tradition and thought I’d share the idea. :)
